In June we were excited to be announced as one of the winners of the Asian Charity Services JC Engage Storytelling Series. Our prize was a HKD60,000 video production service with Framework HK. Today, on our 13th Anniversary, we are delighted to launch this video.
World Children's Day: don't forget the kids of migrant mums
Yesterday was World Children's Day, a special day to celebrate the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) - an important agreement covering the rights of all children to survival, development, protection and participation.

At PathFinders ensuring a pregnant migrant domestic worker (MDW) keeps her job remains one of our top priorities, so no MDW illegally overstays, resulting in her child becoming disadvantaged.
Baby Xavier represents hope, colour and beauty 💛
When Xavier's father found out his mother was pregnant he told her to "get an abortion" and blocked her number.
Dealing with being ghosted and coming to terms with her pregnancy was emotionally and physically difficult, Xavier's mother struggled to navigate the healthcare system and social resources.
With comfort, care and counselling from our dedicated Case Managers at PathFinders, Xavier's mother continued her pregnancy, which she said represented "hope, colour and beauty in her life".
Xavier's mother loved exercising to keep fit and healthy during her pregnancy, perhaps that's the secret to his quirky personality and captivating smile!
We have no doubt Xavier will continue to shine and bring much joy to the world ☀️💛
