A Note From Our President....

Sending Happy Holiday Wishes to all our Wonderful Artists!
There is so much to be grateful for right now!
I am so proud of all the amazing art that we show in the Treasure Valley! I am grateful to all the venues that continue to hang our shows and support local artists!
TVAA was selected to be the Boise Group Real Estate's November nonprofit pARTner! Artists from Opus will be featured on their monthly postcard mailers. TVAA will also receive $1000! We are so greatful to be recognized by the community!
I am most thankful for all the volunteers that keep our organization running. Without them, we wouldn't be able to hang our work, have meetings, or events. I encourage all of you to think about joining the board! We need fresh faces and ideas to help keep our organization strong. It only takes a few hours a month and you don't need any experience. If you have the skills please consider becoming our treasurer!
As some of you know I have been out of town taking care of my parents. Family is a big priority in my life and I will no longer be able to fulfill my role as president. While this job is a little more involved than a regular board member probably, 10 or so hours a month depending on what you want to do. It is exciting to guide artists in the Treasure Valley as our population grows!

Everything, absolutely every, single thing that happens in TVAA is powered by volunteers. Without volunteers TVAA would not exist. Because of this fact, here is a spot to look for ways to help out and to give kudos to those have given their time.

The plan is to offer these engagements and add more as they come to us for Illumibrate. They are building sealife and working on costumes. They also have a digital makers opportunity and plan to add more challenges in the coming months. The goal is to build it back up to the energy level that they experienced in 2018 and 2019.
