On the Issues with Alon Ben-Meir

Dear Friends,

Welcome back for a new episode of my podcast "On the Issues." Thank you for your continued support, and I continue to welcome your thoughts and views. For those who have not yet had the opportunity to subscribe, you can do so on Soundcloud, iTunes, Stitcher, and Google Podcasts. All new episodes are released bi-weekly on Tuesdays at noon. Subscribe on your favorite podcast app to be sure to always get the latest episodes.

My guest today is Qendrim Gashi, former Ambassador of Kosovo to France. Prior to his posting in Paris, Ambassador Gashi served as Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of Kosovo, and Associate Professor of Mathematics at the University of Prishtina, a position he has resumed since ending his diplomatic service.

In today’s episode, we discuss the dialogue process between Kosovo and Serbia, and what progress, if any, has been made over the past few years. In addition, we discuss the EU’s role in the dialogue, as well as the EU’s relationship with the broader Western Balkans region.

As always, I continue to welcome your thoughts and comments.

All the best,
Alon
