Applications open for CRN Eastern Lead Clinical Director role
Applications are now invited for the role of Lead Clinical Director for CRN Eastern, following the announcement that Prof Jesus Perez will step down from the position at the end of November.
The post holder will lead the development of CRN Eastern clinical research activity, encouraging local clinicians to participate in NIHR CRN Portfolio studies building upon local clinical strengths and research interests and priorities. They will be strongly committed to bringing benefits to patients and the public through the delivery of excellent clinical research within the NHS and social care, and will have experience as a clinical investigator undertaking research in the NHS.
Applications close on Thursday 25 November 2021. Until our new lead is appointed, Professor Jeremy Turner (Clinical Director for CRN Eastern) will continue to act as Lead Clinical Director in addition to his other responsibilities.
