Two Powerful Words

Two words. Two simple words. Two ordinary words: “No Power.”

There’s nothing wrong with these two words; the location of the words made it ironic. The words were printed on a label that has been carefully affixed to an electrical outlet.

Those two words, however, indicated that...

Need Encouragement in Ministry?

Our ministry team loves talking with you, praying with you, and brainstorming about ministry opportunities. Drop us an email. Give us a call. Arrange for a virtual or in-person appointment.
Much of our conference team will be at the North American Division's Church Planting Bootcamp at Sunset Lake this weekend to support local leaders who desire to learn more about church planting. Please wave & say hi! We love hearing stories about how God is at work in your life and in your church!

A Time to Shine

Tickets will be available soon via Federal Way Performing Arts Center for The Little Drummer Boy performance!

The Children’s Ministry team with the Seventh-day Adventist Church in western Washington adopted this cause and started a Christmas pageant in 2018 where two dozen children with disabilities could be the stars on the stage. During COVID-19 the number of participants grew to seventy!

These children are ready to shine again on stage on December 17 at the Federal Way Performing Arts Center! Come and support this amazing group of stars! Children with disabilities do not often have the opportunity to share their talents in front of big audiences. This event opened the opportunity for many of them to feel appreciated and accepted. Come and join us!

**For COVID safety, this event is limited to 400 people. Attendees must present a negative COVID test from the last 72 hours or a vaccination card to attend The Little Drummer Boy performance. Masks must be properly worn by attendees the entire performance for the safety of vulnerable children.**

TICKETS AVAILABLE SOON!

Until then, please donate toward the commissioned piece of artwork that will be unveiled at this performance! It will be spectacular!

Your Prayers Matter!

Prayer is powerful! Please pray for our staff, faculty, and administrators. Please pray for our students and their families. Please pray for families that are seeking a Christian education.

Here's a bonus idea: drop a card in the mail to a local teacher and his or her classroom to share your prayer in a notecard or letter. Stickers for young students are always a plus!

If you know of anyone who desires a quality Christian education, please contact one of our 7 Advantages campuses here in western Washington.

We have a high level of vaccination in the State of Washington, and we are still in a pandemic where good health and safety habits are still important.

  • Whatever your vaccination status and over the age of 5, please wear a mask at church.
  • If you are gathered for a small group and everyone in attendance is vaccinated, you do not need to wear a mask (especially if outdoors).
  • If you visit a school campus or community service center, please wear a mask and cooperate with the local health screening process.
As always, kindness and grace to each other in our interactions goes a long way.

This week's offering focus:
World Budget (Radio Ministry Emphasis)

Ninety-three percent of Americans listen to radio every week while 88% watch television. This makes radio the leading media, even more than television. Your gift will help the Voice of Prophecy and La Voz de la Esperanza to use radio to proclaim the everlasting gospel of Christ.

Thanks for supporting ministry locally and globally! Your prayers and support of local church evangelism outreach this fall is greatly appreciated.
