Volunteer Fire Assistance (VFA) Grant

Applications for the 2021 VFA Grant are now being accepted; grant deadline is January 15, 2022.

ODNR Forestry is looking forward to assisting many fire departments through this great cost-share opportunity. Permissible purchases include (but are not limited to) ATVs, UTVs, wildland slip-in units, wildland and structure PPE, MARCS equipment, tools, hose, SCBAs, etc.

Maximum grant award is $10,000.
