What an amazing week for our school district and our students. I am so pleased that we have been able to maintain in-person learning despite another small spike in Covid infections after Halloween. Thank you for assisting us with mitigation strategies.
The highlights of this week were the Veterans Day assemblies held at each school. It is important that our students understand the significance of historical events and the role our military plays in the evolution of our nation.
I thank all of our city’s veterans and all of the veterans connected to our families. Your service is applauded and appreciated every day as we enjoy the freedoms afforded us by your commitment.
