Profiles in Diversity Journal presents its annual Diversity Leader Award to organizations that are advancing the evolution of diversity and inclusion, and the Diversity Officers who help them achieve that goal.

Companies that are Diversity Leaders continually use the expertise of their diversity teams in new ways to help them meet the challenges of today’s business environment. In these organizations, the work of the diversity officer is regarded not as a series of programs, but as a strategy for change.

Nominations are now open for the 2nd Annual Latino Leaders Worth Watching Awards.

For more than two decades Profiles in Diversity Journal has showcased and honored individuals who have blazed new trails, led the way, mentored others, advanced diversity and inclusion in the workplace and the community, and excelled in their chosen fields. In the upcoming Q1 2022 issue of the magazine, PDJ will recognize Latino Leaders with our second ever Latino Leaders Worth Watching Awards.

Profiles in Diversity Journal is proud to honor these individuals who contribute to the success of your organization.
