ACP Honors its Volunteers
The newest member of the ACP Board of Directors is Denise Stone
Denise relocated to Peterborough from St. Catherines a few months before Covid hit to be near her 2 daughters and grandchildren.  She has been a knitter for years and more recently developed an interest in quilting and weaving.  She is thrilled to be a part of the Spinners and Weavers Guild and the ACP.  As a former emergency management specialist she is sure to be an asset to the ACP Board.

Welcome Denise!

Creating Space Returns to the ACP
Thursdays beginning Nov 25

3:30 - 5:30 pm

Creating Space is a community arts studio that fosters connection and resilience by making art of all sorts, telling stories, and learning together in Nogojiiwanong/ Peterborough, Ontario.

All are welcome. No skill necessary - only curiosity and a willingness to try.
We aim to practice radical hospitality and inclusion, responding in creative ways to things that matter in our community. We do this through hosting drop in workshops at the Artisan's Centre and pop-up creative arts activities around town. We believe in the power of creative expression to foster resilience in all of us.

We provide all the materials. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

It is our privilege to engage in creative play on Michi Saagig Anishinaabe territory.

We can be reached at
creatingspaceptbo@gmail.com or through our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/creatingspacePtbo/

There will also be a Weekend Workship on Saturday, Nov 27, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
