We are switching it up a bit this week, and doing a spotlight on The Copper Crow, located at 116 Welsh Road, Horsham PA 19044. Brought to you by the team that leads Blue Bell Inn and Bluestone Country Club, The Copper Crow opened its doors this past summer 2021. Ron is on vacation this week and will be back next week.
"We chose a crow for our restaurant as a symbol of good things to come. With the ability to see into the future, the crow is a daily reminder to us to lead the way in culinary trends and constantly transform our approach to the modern American restaurant," reads their website.
The A Moveable Feast Guy has heard that this could be the first of many restaurants with the fledgling "Copper" brand.
Their menu boasts "a modern spin on American fare, that are sure to stimulate the adventurous palate." Items include a Seafood Wedge and Watermelon Salad for starters, Charred Octopus, Duck Confit Grilled Cheese, and Lamb Lollipop small plates, as well as Burgers, Wood Fired Pizza, a Wagyu Flank Steak, and anything else you can think up in between. The Copper Crow is open Wednesdays and Thursdays 11:30am-9:00pm, Fridays and Saturdays 11:30am-10:00pm, and Sundays 11:30am-9:00pm (closed Mondays and Tuesdays).

Boardroom Spirits is Expanding
Boardroom Spirits, located at 575 W. Third St, Lansdale PA will be more than doubling in size to accommodate it's ever-growing ready-to-drink cocktail creations.
