Dear Texas Stream Team Partners,

It’s that time! Please submit your Texas Stream Team Partner Activity Report (PAR) form to inform us of any efforts or matching funds for FY2022 Q1 (September 2021 – November 2021) by Wednesday, December 15, 2021. We ask that you match what you can and report the cost of staff time and related expenses dedicated to Texas Stream Team related activities. Feel free to also include any details and dates from past activities you did not have the chance to report over the last 12 months.You will need to submit a separate PAR form for each quarter.

For your convenience, we now have an online version of the PAR form. The online form is sent directly to our inbox once you complete the form and click the submit button.You may still send us the PAR form in PDF format to submit any match. If you choose to submit a PDF version of the form(s), please send to  TxStreamTeam@txstate.edu.
