It’s that time of year again!!
Please mark your calendars for The Owners Club at Barton Creek Owners Association, Inc. (“Association”)
Annual Meeting, which will take place on:
Saturday, January 22, 2022 @ 8:30 a.m.
At that time, the term of two (2) Directors will be expiring, so we will need to elect/reelect two (2) members to our Board of Directors during the meeting.
**The Annual Meeting will be held at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa. Members have the option of joining us in person or watching online via a Zoom link that will be sent out to our membership closer to the date of the meeting.

Interested in Becoming a Board Member? Submit a Nomination!
The key to a successful, effective, and productive board requires having members who are passionate about The Owners Club. We are currently seeking nominees who have relevant skills and experience, who are alert and attentive, who can be respectful, and inspire collaboration to join our team. We would love to have nominees that bring creative ideas to the table, and with the best interests of all the owners in mind, are willing to work collegially with our other board members and property management staff.
Board members must be available for periodic meetings, which are held in Austin, anywhere from 4 to 5 times per year. It is also expected that the Directors are able to attend the Annual Association Meeting in January. The committed term for an elected Director is three (3) years. If you would like a copy of the Association’s by-laws and/or a list of Director responsibilities, please email our club manager, Eric Monkerud, at the address noted below. If needed, Eric will also be able to provide information on how the re-election process works.
- You are invited to complete the attached form to nominate a member who is not currently serving on the board, or if interested, submit a self-nomination. If you are submitting a self-nomination, please include your biography.
- Return these forms to The Owners Club at Barton Creek via US mail at 8212 Barton Club Drive, Austin, Texas, 78735; by fax to 512-329-7990; or via email to eric.monkerud@omnihotels.com no later than December 6, 2021.
