CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS
Over the Christmas period our opening hours will be as follows:
On Saturday11th December we will be closing at 5:30 pm, which is half an hour earlier than usual. This is to enable the staff to attend our annual Christmas party that evening. On Friday 24th December we will close at 2:00 pm and will remain so until 9:00 am on Wednesday 28th December. Our usual working hours will resume until 2:00 pm Friday 31st December. We will reopen on Tuesday 3rd January 2022.
If you would like to make any bookings or cancellations whilst we are closed please call and leave us a voicemail on 01256 363417 and we will return your call as soon as we reopen. Gift cards can also be purchased online via our website whilst we are closed.
CHRISTMAS APPOINTMENTS
December is our busiest time of year with some of our staff members already fully booked for the week leading up to Christmas. We would like to remind everyone to ensure they have their appointments booked in advance to avoid disappointment. We would also like to ask that clients double check what they are booked in for, as our therapists are back to back with treatments meaning they may not be able to accommodate you if you would like additional or longer treatments. This includes making sure you have pre-booked glitter or nail art as these take longer than regular manicures. We would also like to remind people of our 24-hour cancellation policy. We often have a number of clients on our waiting list over the Christmas period, so to ensure we have enough time to notify them of appointment availability we need as much notice as possible.
