January is JanFanCon at Dubuque County Library!
DCLD is partnering with Carnegie-Stout Public Library and James Kennedy Public Library to bring you a month-long LibraryCon for fans of all sorts and ages. Keep your eye open for info about a landing page where you can also register for events hosted by CSPL and JKPL.

Our January programs will be a mix of virtual and socially distanced indoor events. Currently, we highly recommend masks for indoor events, but do not require them. Please be aware that our mask policy is subject to change. Check our website or call 563-582-0008 for the most up-to-date information.
