Earlier this month, we drove down to Yarmouth (see photos of the Judah Baker Windmill at Windmill Beach above) to help a friend getting ready to sell their home. Before going, we contacted a few local agents and while there, we interviewed two of them, ultimately helping the seller choose one of them to work with.
While we generally do not travel to faraway places to interview agents, we are able to connect any client with an agent anywhere across the Country. Many times this means simply giving a client the names of a select few agents in a designated area to work with, but we can also take a more hands-on approach, such as helping interview agents via Zoom or a telephone conference call.
Over the years, we have helped many sellers moving out of Greater Boston (or those looking to buy a second home, sell a family member's home, etc.) connect with experienced agents across the country. Many of these agents are affiliated with Coldwell Banker, which means they use the same programs, making it easier for our clients. In fact, Coldwell Banker (and its parent company NRT LLC) is the largest brokerage in Massachusetts, New England and the USA (see below). Over the years, we have met many agents at conferences and expos and have both referred clients to them and helped their clients when they have come to the Boston-Newton area.
