Did you know that right now, on Yemen’s most remote island, there’s a group of people power enthusiasts doing the work that COP26 government (and *coughs* fossil fuel) delegates wouldn’t? Or that a fisherman from Cameroon who once got on a plastic bottle boat is now leading a circular economy revolution?
You can find hope everywhere you look. From the bottom of the sea to our clothes, from secluded islands to your light switch, positive change appears in all of its colourful, polyglot, radical glory. When we come together and imagine ways to do things better, we humans are capable of quite powerful magic.
That’s why once a year we throw a celebration where everyone can meet, talk, play, and even taste the future in person. If you haven’t secured your tickets for Fixing the Future Festival yet, you can summon them here.
