Paul's book recommendation was The Lean Startup by Eric Ries. Though not explicitly data-focused, The Lean Startup considers how business leaders can use data principles to make better decisions.

Upcoming in December
In the CDMP Study Group, we'll focus on Data Modeling & Design, which constitutes 11% of the content on the CDMP Fundamentals Exam. Next month, we'll reboot our studies with chapter 1 of the DMBOK, Data Management. If you haven't already, check out the YouTube series on Data Strategy Fundamentals.
In Breaking into Data Science, it's jobs month! We'll dedicate December to looking at different pathways into the Data Science career.
