Bresky Lawyers to Present CLE Program for Palm Beach County Bars

On Tuesday, Dec. 7, Robin Bresky and senior associate Jonathan Mann will conduct a CLE program in conjunction with the Palm Beach County Bar and the South Palm Beach County Bar Associations. They will provide compelling information on seeking rehearing, the need for expert testimony when seeking attorney's fees, changes to County Court appeals, the new rule 9.045, and some basics on the appellate process. Robin Bresky Receives Legal Award

Congratulations to Robin Bresky, who received a legal award from South Florida Business & Wealth Magazine. This is the first year for the program, which is meant to “celebrate the accomplishments, acumen and dedication” of top legal practitioners in the tri-county region. Robin was named under the Boutique Law category for firms in Palm Beach County. She received the award during a special ceremony on November 4 in Fort Lauderdale.
