The project “Digital technology for pathways to entrepreneurial skills” is based on competencies, qualification and endorsement frameworks, and partners are trying to connect existing entrepreneurial adult education programmes for disadvantaged adults with fewer opportunities. 

Project partners will use entrepreneurial frameworks to recognise, endorse, and acknowledge prior learning, on the job learning and learning in the educational programmes. As an outcome, a new platform was launched. We are welcoming Curaçao – the island of learning!

One of the leading partners is the EU-Desk Curacao – EU information and support desk that aims to facilitate access to information about the cooperation and funding opportunities of the EU. The main focus of the platform is entrepreneurial learning. 

May the new leaders lead! We have just had the second leadership course for young people practising new skills and working in the city teams to create new activities on civic life, career and learning topics. Most of the participants made plans for future activities dedicated to their peers or even came up with personal commitments to launch the learning platforms in their home towns or cities. Yes, our projects bring the opportunities and tools to young people to drive the changes by themselves.

Cities of Learning platform transforms cities into thriving learning ecosystems. Learners, organisations and public institutions can map learning opportunities, combine local and digital experiences through playlists, issue and earn digital Open Badges to value and recognise learning and achievements.
