Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Thank you for another amazing year! Our little library has a long-earned reputation as a vibrant community hub, going back almost a century and a half. In honor of that legacy, we invite you to help us "wrap up" 2021 with our "1873 Fundraiser."

As I write this, it is still Giving Tuesday, and many worthy nonprofits have been asking for your help. It can be overwhelming. So, I want to remind you that there are numerous ways to support our small but mighty library. Direct donations are critical, but so is the very act of just walking through our door or downloading an eBook. Much of our funding is based on our effectiveness, so using our services actually helps us do even more! 

Keep your eyes open throughout December for posts, videos, and messages on how you can help, from folding newsletters, to taking a chance on a Friends' gift basket. Even something as simple as shopping with Amazon Smile can make a difference!

Since 1873 our mission has been to enrich the lives of community members by creating an environment for growth, discovery, and connection. And as we have said many times, none of this would be possible without you!
