LINDORES "THE CASKS OF LINDORES"
Lindores "The Casks of Lindores - Bourbon" (£55, 70cl / 49.4%)
The first of the Casks of Lindores is an expression that has been matured exclusively in ex bourbon barrels. It's a fresh, gristy, malty dram, with a sweet attack leading into a dry oaky finish with a touch of cinnamon and clove. We particularly like the mouth-coating texture.
It's available to pre-order now, and will be in-store from tomorrow, December the 1st.

HIBIKI HARMONY
If you haven't already seen our social media chat, then we have a wee challenge for you.
We have a handful of bottles of Hibiki Harmony to sell, which we are doing via a ballot. To enter the ballot you need to write a haiku on the theme of harmony and send it in an email to dissonance@thegoodspiritsco.com. Closing date is this Friday, the 3rd of December, at 12 noon.
To answer the most frequently asked question, no, we are not judging the quality of the entries. But you do have to write one to enter :)

We're still waiting for our delivery, so we have no hard details yet on this one, but it will be sold via another ballot. Keep an eye on our social channels for the full story when it reaches Bath Street.
