It's Giving Tuesday...This day is all about the movement of unleashing the power of giving around the world. The point of Giving Tuesday is to build a world where generosity is part of everyday life. The day reimagines a world that is built on caring and being generous to others.
In 2021, Jewels Academy's newest program, Emerald Innovation, created an opportunity for 12 high school students to learn about innovation and entrepreneurship through a 3 college credit course using a curriculum developed by the University of Iowa's Jacobsen Institute. One of Jewel's objectives is to promote higher learning while bettering their communities. Your giving, opens the door for our students start early on the college journey.
