2021 Niagara Falls Sparkle Awards presented by Niagara Peninsula Energy Inc

NIAGARA FALLS, ON - The magic of the holiday season is upon us.  As residents start to gear up for festive occasions, the City of Niagara Falls is again launching the Sparkle Awards program to enhance celebrations, enabling people to view spectacular lighting displays throughout the community.  The Sparkle Awards tradition will continue, but with a twist for 2021.  Instead of a standard competition between residents, all participants who are registered within the program will be eligible to win 1 of 5 random draw prizes.

This year, Niagara Peninsula Energy Inc. (NPEI) has partnered with the City of Niagara Falls as the presenting sponsor of the program.

"Our local utility proudly supports our Communities we serve.  Please visit the Sparkle Awards website as you can view an assortment of helpful NPEI conservation energy saving tips that can be incorporated within your creative festive displays.”

Make your holiday bright...and spread cheer by turning your front yard or business storefront into a Christmas wonderland! It’s a perfect project for the entire family or your business to enjoy, so pull out your reindeer, wreaths, and of course, your lights!

Sparkle Awards entry is free for all Niagara Falls properties and makes you eligible to win great prizes. The deadline to enter is Friday, December 10, 2021 by 2:00 p.m.

Everyone can participate even if they do not register.  Residents will be able to view all participating locations on the Sparkle Map (to be posted on the Sparkle Awards website), from December 13 to 24 to see all of the entries.
