Wake Up & Flow (livestream)
Mondays, 8am - 9am 
a gentle yet invigorating class to start your week

Stretch & Unwind (in-person)
Mondays, 5:30pm - 6:30pm
a soothing practice to create space in your body and mind

Sunrise Yoga (in-person)
Tuesdays, 8am - 9am ET
mindful movement and breath connection to start your morning

Integration Yoga: the Subtle Dance of Breath & Body (livestream)
Tuesdays, 12pm - 1pm
a relaxed, flowing, and creative approach to yoga for any body

Changing the Channel with Tai Chi (livestream)
Tuesdays, 5:30pm - 6:30pm 
explore basic Tai-Chi warmups, shapes, and elements for rejuvenation
 
Spring Class Schedule

Registration for spring semester classes and workshops will open in early January. Classes will begin the week of January 24th.

Guided Meditation

Join us for a drop-in meditation. No experience necessary.
