Chatswood returning to face-to-face worship on Sabbath, 4 December @ 11am
The Chatswood Church Board is excited to announce that the reopening of church for face-to-face fellowship is this Sabbath, 4 December at 11:00am
As we prepare to return to church to worship together as a church family, we wanted to share what to expect when we meet together on Sabbath.
Start time will be at ~11:00am.
Kids Club meetings will not resume until February 2022.
Adult Sabbath School will continue to run via the Church Zoom link (see below) from 9:15am to 10am. Hopefully this can run in person again in February 2022.
Please check-in on arrival, with your mobile phone, using the QR codes. A paper registry will also be available.
Masks are mandatory for people above the age of 12 when inside the church building. We will have a few spares should you need one. This will be the rule until the state reaches its 95% double vaccination milestone or December 15 - whichever comes first.
Singing — people over the age of 16 will unfortunately not be allowed to sing unless fully vaccinated.
Offering — we’ll be unable to collect a physical offering during the service but we really appreciate those who are able to donate online via eGiving. Physical Offerings will resume in January 2022.
The one person per two square metre rule will need to be observed, with the exception of people from the same household. Please socially distance.
Chatswood’s face-to-face worship service will be live streamed online via the normal Zoom link and password (details, below).
If you’re unwell, please stay at home.
We are so looking forward to worshiping with you and can't wait to see you all on Sabbath!!
