Again at this time of year I'm struck by the conflicting pulls. The natural impulse of the season is hibernation, rest, recovery. The invitation of the festive season is connect, socialise, get busy!

Practice helps me find some balance, my own way through what can seem like competing needs and demands in the lead up to Christmas...
