Planning for 2022 – Attracting Local Talent

November has continued to see companies aggressively hiring, with many employers asking what they can do to be even more attractive to local talent. In response, we have heard Job Seekers state that they are looking for:
  • A Great Corporate Culture - Business with Purpose
  • Positive Team Environment
  • Flexible Workplace
With this in mind – Technology Alberta is pleased to share news on programs and events that can help, including ways to give back to the community, educate and expand your workforce, and mentor through taking on post-secondary students and professionals-in-transition:
  • Technology Alberta NExT Level Companies and Careers Program – Now Open to both Companies and Job Seekers: Career Professionals (of all ages and disciplines), who are interested in taking their careers - and Alberta tech companies - to the next level! Funding available - Register HERE
  • FIRST Jobs – Company Registration Open - bringing Post-Secondary Students into Alberta’s Tech Sector: Funding available - Register HERE
And please see the Newsletter below, and our website technologyalberta.ca for listings of Workshops and other programs of value.

Also - It is my sincere pleasure to announce our newest addition to the Technology Alberta team:
