Hughes' COVID Plan
With South Australia having opened its borders, we thought it was timely to let you know that all Hughes consultants have been double vaccinated and will be ready, if required, to provide evidence of their vaccination status when visiting clients, suppliers and business partners.
We’re conscious that our clients, suppliers and business partners will have their own COVID policies, which we’re ready to comply with, whether that’s providing evidence of vaccination status or conducting meetings online rather than in person.
If you have a policy that we should be aware of, please let us know.
In regards to our own policy, we will largely continue operating as we’ve done throughout the year, while taking sensible precautions such as QR code check-ins, wearing masks and social distancing.
Unless advised otherwise by SA Health, we will continue to conduct and attend face-to-face meetings in our office and externally, where supported by our clients, suppliers and business partners.
Also, as part of our own policy, we have provided our team members with the flexibility to reduce face-to-face contact by conducting meetings online, if they prefer.
This policy takes into account the individual circumstances of our team members, with some having young children and vulnerable family members to consider.
We hope you will join us in supporting their decision should they choose to conduct their meetings online.
We will, of course, continue to monitor and follow the latest government health advice at all times.
In the event that one of our team has to take precautions by self-isolating or quarantining for a period of time, we have established online working practices and shared resources to allow us to continue to provide a seamless service for our clients.
