🍁 VHLC daily warm-ups for daily tasks

Warm-up for chores or walks to the corner store?

These days, as a result of a couple of years of hemodialysis, my muscles (and balance) are significantly weaker, so it’s difficult to just climb stairs. My new routine is to do a short warm-up (3-10m) and light stretch as early as I can everyday. I find it helpful because it's before I do everyday physical things like vacuum, clean, dishes, walk to the phrmacy, walk to coffee shop, or other errands.

Online, all those exercise routines/warm-ups look similar, right? Well, I use this sequence from an online program specifically designed for kidney (disease/dialysis) patients. The program is also supervised by a registered kinesiologist!

Another one I like is from a professional hockey player's (Gary Roberts training) dynamic warm-up sequence (I shorten it a lot)! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfG6FRFlar4
What exercise routines or strategies do you use? Thanks, Henry
