Athletes:

Interested in staying in running shape during the off season?  Come learn about the Winter Conditioning Club this coming Monday, November 29th.  Meet in the weight room at 3:45pm.  

This first meeting will be an informational meeting with a focus on strength and conditioning for runners.  

Tentative Schedule:
  • Mondays 3:45-5:00 Weight Room (Nov 29th, Dec. 6th & 13th)
  • Wednesdays: 2:30-4:00  meet on RHS track(Dec. 1st, 8th, 15th)
  • Saturdays: 9:00-11:00 meet on the RHS track (Dec. 4th & 11th)
Winter Conditioning Club is scheduled from Nov 29th until Mid-February.
