A sacred bath can help you deepen your relationship with your intuition/spiritual insights. Our bodies are made of 70 % water so this makes sense right???!! Adding various crystals, herbs, salts and flowers help also. The various properties of the items you put in the bath allow you to have more of a connection with boundaries,love, protection etc.
Overall it is a deeply nourishing re-set for the body, mind and soul.

Let's be real. The energy in the outside world is very harsh. News headlines are overwhelming and even though the peak era of COVID is over we are still in the middle of a global pandemic.

I will offer Restorative Yoga( Gentle Yoga) , Reiki ( energy healing + chakra balancing) and a Ritual bath (warm herbal bath) at my home studio in the Bay Area. This is an invitation and offering for you to start 2022 finding balance, healing + wholeness.

Reiki is a healing energy that is very dear to me. Since I have been living in California for almost a decade I have had some Reiki clients and also Reiki -share circles with other People of Color + Queer Folks where we do Reiki on each other.. So lovely … so healing!!!

The Offering:
1 and 1/2 hours

*Chakra Balancing Reiki during Savasana ( on a massage table),

*Gentle +  Restorative Yoga

*Pranayama ( Breath Work)

* A warm Herbal Bath for soothing the muscles and the soul.

* 1 Complimentary Holistic Health Consultation ( 20 mins on the phone prior to your R,R & R appointment)

I will also pull a card from one of my oracle decks to set the intention for this healing experience.

What you need to bring
I will be providing the yoga props, the flowers and herbs for the ritual bath,   a massage table for reiki and a towel. Please arrive with yoga clothes or clothing where you can move about freely AND a change of clothes for after the bath. Preferably all white or a new outfit that honors your ancestors or even makes you feel like a deity but this is not necessary.

What is reiki?

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch.

What is restorative yoga?
Restorative yoga is a slow, mindful yoga practice in which props are used to support the body so that it can become still and restful.

What is ritual bathing ( aka spiritual bath)?
Taking a ritual bath is clears negative emotional energy and lifts the spirit. Water is a sacred ancient spiritual cleanser great for purifying your body, mind and spirit.
