It’s customary this time of year to reflect on the people and events in our lives for which we are most grateful. This past year we’ve earned the trust of many first-time real-estate investors and deepened our relationships with long-time investors who have become like family. We’ve also built a record number of homes and welcomed several new employees in both Memphis and San Diego.
