Please note that you will need to prepare certain supplies before the beginning of the course in order to perform the practical part of the workshop.
Required Supplies:
• 3 heads of garlic
• 0,5 kg of unsalted butter
• Very very fine strainer to filter ghee
• 2 small pots
• 0,5 kg jar
• 1,3-1,8 kg of common barley without husk
• Large container (must fit all of your barley, with some room left, and seal tightly)
• Stove top and other basic kitchen supplies
• Optional: ground cardamom, nutmeg, clove
