Acclaimed local chef Luke Piccolo from Limone Dining has been featured in the Visit NSW new video series 'Tastes Like Home'. Griffith’s resident hermit: Valerio Ricetti
Il Globo, the Australian Italian newspaper published a stirring account of Griffith’s beloved Hermit Valerio Ricetti. Seeking refuge on Scenic Hill, Valerio transformed the rocky escarpment into a home. Hermit’s Cave at Scenic Hill still remains today and is a must see for visitors. Read the full story here.

When Italian migrants Giuseppe & Maria Sergi arrived in Australia they brought with them Italian winemaking traditions. These traditions have continued on and Warburn Estate is now run by the 3rd & 4th generation of the Sergi family. It has grown from a humble vineyard to one of the Australia’s top wine producers that exports to almost 30 countries. You can visit their cellar door and taste Italian varietals like Montepulciano and Lagrein.
