Marshanne Castro is General Manager for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). She is responsible for overseeing the day to day operation and financial performance of COPT’s portfolio in Huntsville, Alabama consisting of the 468-acre master planned, mixed-use EUL project known as Redstone Gateway located at Redstone Arsenal, as well as the Class-A Office building located at 310 The Bridge Street.  The overall portfolio currently consists of over 650,000 square feet of Class-A office and retail space.

Marshanne has more than 20 years of real estate experience and has a proven record of leadership, problem solving, property management, business development, construction management, forecasting and financial planning.

Marshanne previously held the position of Vice President, Business Development and Retail for Graham & Company.  She earned The Certified Property Management designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2004.

She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management; and serves as the President of the Board of IFMA North Alabama and is a member of the Board of Directors for BOMA North Alabama, and the local unit board of Sparkman Homes Boys & Girls Club.   She has served as Vice Chairman of the Boys & Girls Clubs of North Alabama Board of Directors, the State of Alabama Alliance Board for Boys & Girls Clubs, At Large Committee Chair for Women In Defense Tennessee Valley and is a founding member of 100+ Women Who Care of Madison County.  She currently is serving a two year term on the ACRE Advisory Board of Trustees.
