Again, I am talking about the coming energies as challenging for all of us. Several times now, have I been stressing to NOT CHECK-OUT! I called it different names throughout, but the buttom line is: INNER WORK IS WHAT CAN PROTECT YOU FROM OUTER INSANITY.
The recent health crisis and with it the emergence of deeper spiritual self-exploration and self-healing interest couldn't have been timed better! In times of utter confusion and inner child fear triggers it is more important than ever to bust through our old ways of trauma-thinking. It is clear now, that anything locking us into our mindsets and critical inner voice needs to be investigated and reprogrammed, but how?
The mental discipline needed, that I have been preaching for years and demonstrated in this energy talk, is vital now. You cannot allow yourself to think in the same way has you have been! There cannot be any misunderstanding about this!
Without changing your way of experiencing and observing your sensations, feelings and thoughts you cannot withstand the darkness that is caving in on all of us!
If you don't develop a new discipline of witnessing your own auto-pilot patterns, it will stress your body to a breaking-point, drive your emotions into desperation and passivity and will make your mind go into self-destruct!
This talk was a beautiful reminder of how our persepctive and with it the experience of our Self can change, once we systematicall investigate and reprogramm our own mental-emotional patterns. If you find yourself in the same familiar patterns it tells you that you are not in charge of what is going on in your life. Allowing yourself to indulge in the same old physical, emtotional and mental contextualizations that you ego-psyche has curated over your life-time is merely intensifying your suffering.
It is not possible to align yourself to TRUTH and EGO at the same time!
