FABIO'S TABLE "European Holiday Traditions" kicks off with an elegant poached foie gras torchon coated in dried fruits and seasoned nuts.

This December, we’re taking the VINIA Experience to the next level with “FABIO’S TABLE” a unique and intimate five-course dinner experience on select Friday and Saturday nights.

Unlike traditional chef’s tables and wine dinners, guests will be seated at their own private table with a choice from set seating times. As we do with guests in our own home, Fabio will be engaging with each table throughout the night to share tasting notes and interesting anecdotes about the dishes and wines. You know he has some fun stories to tell!

Fabio's Table Wine Pairings

Fabio's Table presents a Millefeuille of Potatoes and Milk-Poached Cod, with Preserved Truffle Shavings, & Porcini Salt. Cod is a year-round staple in Portugal and Christmas time is no different. We’ve given it a sophisticated spin and paired it with M.O.B. 'Lote 3' Branco, a White Dão from Portugal not commonly found on wine lists around Orlando.  To view the full menu click here.

EUROPEAN HOLIDAY TRADITIONS
December’s theme “European Holiday Traditions at VINIA” was designed as an elevated dining experience inspired by traditional dishes enjoyed around the table during holiday celebrations in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Brazil. Dishes that we've enjoyed with our families for years but given an upscale spin!

The price point at $125 per person, including wine pairings, encourages guests to immerse themselves in the VINIA way of life, making any day a special occasion and a perfect holiday celebration or gift for the wine lover in your life. 
 
If you or your loved ones follow a plant-based diet, you know we love creating menus to be enjoyed by food and wine enthusiasts of many dietary preferences. Fabio's Table will offer a choice of Traditional or Plant-Based Menu at the time of booking so everyone can enjoy this festive night!

December Dates: 12/10, 12/11, 12/17, 12/18.
Seating Times: 6pm, 7pm and 8pm

 
CHRISTMAS EVE & NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER
On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, Fabio's Table will include additional surprises to make your holiday celebration even more special. We will also offer an additional seating time: 5pm, 6pm, 7pm and 8pm. $150 Per Person, including wine pairings.

Reservations for "FABIO'S TABLE" on Friday and Saturday nights are required and should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Due to the limited seating capacity, guests are encouraged to book as soon as possible. 

Please note that starting December 10th, Friday and Saturday evening menus at VINIA will be exclusively "Fabio's Table" and the regular VINIA menu will not be offered.
