Greetings from the farm! Have you tried one of our Kuri Pumpkin yet? If so, you'll already know how buttery, flavourful and tender they are. If not, you're in for a treat... These small squashes are actually closer relatives of gem squashes and baby marrows than true pumpkins. They have edible, softer skin, and are wonderful in veggie bakes, steamed, or even in fritters.
Along with them, this week we're thrilled to have Elephant Garlic back in our boxes for the first time in ages! They bring some great flavour to the list, as well as Blueberries, Kale and Carrots...
Kuri pumpkin is one of Nevau's favourite crops to grow, harvest and cook!
