Winter in His Word

This week we start a new edition of our church reading plan! You can grab a hard copy at the church building or check it out at our website here. 

This will be a little different than previous reading plans. Our weekly readings won't be directly based on our sermon passages. However, we do hope they help orient our hearts and minds around what we will be studying in November and December. First, we'll read of God's heart for the mission of his Church. Then, during the Advent season, we'll focus on the person of Jesus. Dive in with us!

Childcare Provided

Thank you to many amazing volunteers and working hands to provide childcare for 5th grade and Down for both Sunday morning services.

Check-In is located in the Coffee Room in the main Sanctuary and we will be happy to get you pointed in the right direction!

Church Culture Conversation

January 30th    |    After 2nd Service

Over the coming semester, as we work through the Book of Acts in our new sermon series, we're going to see that the Church of the 21st century is wrestling with many of the same issues faced by the Church of the 1st century. We want to make room for a few extended conversations on the lessons we can learn about how the church should engage with our surrounding culture. The first of these conversations will be held on January 30th directly after the second service and will be on the topic of "The Church's Relationship to Government." Bring a potluck dish to share over lunch and then join us for a facilitated dialogue on this vital subject.

Family Discipleship Class
    

Wednesdays Jan. 5th, 12th, and 19th  |   6-7:30 pm  |  Gym Rm. 5&6

Join us for a three-part class in which we'll explore the ins and outs of creating family rhythms to foster gospel growth within our homes. Family discipleship can feel like an overwhelming task, it's easy to neglect and impossible to do alone. Whether you're a parent-to-be or you've been parenting for decades, we hope this class will encourage you as a leader in your home.

Men's Breakfast

January 15th    |     7:30-9 am

Every other Saturday morning  at 7:30-9 am come  and enjoy breakfast while being in the Word with your brothers in Christ. The next breakfast will be January 15th. Please bring a breakfast food of your choice.

Welcome Home Group

Welcome Home Group is an eight-week, small-group introduction to our church family—who we are, what we believe, how we function, and how you can get involved. If you’re curious about taking the next step toward life at Peninsula Grace beyond Sunday mornings, this is a great chance to dip your toe in the water.
