Kia ora lovely interns,
For some of you it might've been a while since you last thought of us at WRT; for some of you, there's still a few final last things to tick off before the 2021 year comes to a close... either way, we've been thinking about you!
You have all contributed to WRT's mahi this year, whether by helping out at the ecostore, going out into the wetlands or to our composting site, helping us with research, designing reports and posters and social media posts, collaborating on content, developing maps and ESRI databases and so much more! We deeply appreciate all the time, skills and energy you have put towards helping our projects.

If the land is well and the sea is well, the people will thrive.
By interning with us, you have helped to restore the land, the streams and the ocean - whether it was by lifting a spade or typing away on a keyboard! We hope that you keep working towards a more sustainable future and creating positive change for your local communities and for the world as a whole.
