Throughout another unpredictable year, our employees continued working hard to support our customers in new ways. Here's a quick look back at a few of our biggest accomplishments this past year. 

We celebrated 24 years in business and added several new members to our team.

We launched new features for our web playlist tool, webRPX. These updates include on-demand command buttons that can be executed with a single click and dynamic gang roll so you can roll multiple playlists simultaneously right from the webRPX UI. 

We announced a new feature for automatic playback protection called Bump Mode. This provides control of a downstream router, automatically allowing the system to select between redundant output streams, based on playback status.  

We added more resources for our customers by answering Frequently Asked Questions about how to repurpose content to increase revenue, how to provide a playlist-only option and more.  

As we approach the end of the year, please keep in mind that your annual support agreement may be up for renewal at the start of 2022.
