Ambition & Balance

From the makers of Todoist and Twist

The last days of the year are a hard time to stay focused. The holidays are on the horizon. People are already checked out from work, mentally if not physically.

We know a fresh start is on the horizon in January, so we let our routines slip. "I'll start [insert good habit here] again in the new year."
This comic from Strange Planet hits a little too close to home 😅

Instead of fighting the December lull, embrace it. Humans weren't meant to fire on all cylinders 365 days a year. The last two weeks of December are the perfect time to take a step back from the daily grind:  Reflecting, planning, and disconnecting can be just as productive as doing. Do what you need to today to set yourself up to hit the ground running in 2022.

See you in the new year,
Becky & the Doist team
