Staff Highlight

Meet our new intern, Clark! He was born and raised in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and went to school at William Carey University, studying Music Therapy. Clark's primary instrument is guitar, but he has also played bass since he was in the high school jazz band. In Clark's free time, he enjoys playing bass and guitar and making music. We are excited to watch Clark grow the next 6 months during his internship here at MMT!

Singing for Seniors

MMT joined the individuals at The Exceptional Foundation of Atlanta (EFATL) to go caroling at the homes of homebound seniors. This is MMT's second year participating in "Singing for Seniors." This year both of our lovely interns (Kiele and Clark) had the chance to take part in the caroling.

NC Bell Choir

Bailey has been leading a bell choir for older adults at a facility in North Carolina. Enjoy this performance of Silent Night from the bell choir's holiday concert in December. We hope your Holidays were Happy!

Music: Helpful or Harmful

When our team presents to a room of healthcare professionals, one of our biggest points that we drive home is the simple fact that, if we believe music holds the power to help us, then we must acknowledge that it also holds the power to harm us, if and when it is used incorrectly.
