I’d like to introduce you to Ricky Wade, the Spiritual Director of Homeless to Healthy.

Ricky is as real as they come. He used to be a blackout drinker who would drink until he got sick. He’d vomit, wake up in his vomit, and start drinking again. After for 10 years of struggling with addiction (from drinking, to smoking, to narcotics, to hallucinogenics). Ricky was sitting in Redwood City County Jail, and he gave his life to God… and that changed everything.

18 years later Ricky is still clean and sober, he’s married, and has 2 kids.

Ricky and I sat down, and he shared his whole story on our podcast ⬆ It’s just really encouraging seeing how God restored Ricky’s life. Nothing and no one is too big for our God. Amen?

Ricky is currently helping us develop the curriculum for our Homeless to Healthy Rehab Program and when we launch it, he will lead it. We are in good hands!
