Resolutions 2021-12-07, 08, 09, 10, 11 &12: Budget-related items

Discussion & Action

The Town Board approved six resolutions summarizing revenues and expenditures for each fund, levying property taxes, appropriating sums of money to various funds and agencies, law enforcement budget, building department budget and a memorandum of understanding with Headwaters Trails Alliance.

Resolution 2021-12-15: Preliminary Kings Crossing loop roads

Discussion & Action

The Town Board approved a resolution authorizing staff to execute a settlement agreement with Cornerstone Winter Park LLC to hold a bond or financial surety for roadway improvements to the Kings Crossing loop roads and associated items to be completed in the coming year.

Liquor Licensing Authority: Fishers Bar liquor license renewal
