Chalk Gallery is open this coming weekend and also on Thursday 23rd December - so there are still a few days to come and look for that special gift or to treat yourself to an original piece of art. The gallery will then close at 4pm on Thursday and remain closed from 24th December to 10th January.

There's plenty still to view and buy from the gallery before Christmas, including paintings, original prints, sculptures, ceramics, fused glass and original prints, as well as some unique handmade artists' Christmas cards. Our winter exhibition also continues to feature the beautiful work of both Nick Hebditch and Susie Hartley, our current guest artists. 

A few of the works featured in the current exhibition are shown below, and many others can be browsed online. As a special pre-Christmas offer, several of these are offering free postage or delivery to the local area and we will do all we can to get any purchases to you as soon as possible.

Our 'Silent Night'-themed window is looking beautifully festive and we're delighted that it's receiving so many compliments from visitors and passers-by. This window display will remain up throughout the holiday period until we re-open, so that it can continue to be enjoyed over the festive period. Contact details of each of the artists will also be displayed in case you have any enquiries about specific a piece of art.

The Chalk online shop will remain open throughout the holidays and orders will continue to be processed even while the gallery is closed. A reminder that many of the items in the shop are available with free postage to UK mainland.

Finally, we'd like to thank you for all your support over this past year and we looking forward to welcoming you in the gallery in 2022.
