Buckle up for a trip around the world! You are invited to enroll in our
ART HISTORY LECTURE SERIES
With your professor
Dr. H. Alexander Rich
Executive Director and Chief Curator
No need to book your flights this winter: This course will take you on an in-depth intercontinental tour of the collections of four of the world's great museums, covering all the masterpieces, hidden gems, and must-know works from the most renowned arts institutions around the globe.
From Ancient Art and the Renaissance to Modern Art and everything in between, Dr. Rich will explore the art historical contexts of masterworks from the Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York), The Louvre (Paris), the Hermitage Museum (St. Petersburg), and the British Museum (London).
What world treasures should every art lover know? What new histories will you discover? Which works will become your new favorites? This winter, you’ll look at the world of art — and museums worldwide — as you never have before.
