Take Care of Your Skin All Year Long

Even in the winter, the sun's rays can still have a negative impact on your skin. Did you know these are the top five places most people forget when applying sunscreen, according to the Cleveland Clinic?

  • Tops of your feet – you may spend hours in golf shoes but remember to apply to the tips of your toes to protect your feet at all other times.
  • Lips - an SPF lip balm is the perfect solution to keeping your lips healthy and safe.
  • Eyelids - Remember to wear sunglasses or apply a gentle sunscreen on your eyelids when applying to the rest of your face.
  • Scalp - While this can be a challenge for sunscreen, at least make sure to wear a hat.
  • Ears - The tips of your ears can get burnt easily since they tend to poke out from your hair or your hat. Make sure you give them some cover with sunscreen. Also, apply sunscreen to the often-overlooked inside of your ears.
