MERRY CHRISTMAS

Dear <<First Name (required)>>

Thank you so much for your continued prayers for, and interest in, the work of Cornhill. We are very encouraged and thankful to the Lord for all that has been accomplished over the past term. The students are eager and enthusiastic in their learning. We are very thankful for the obvious progress we observe them making week by week in their preaching classes. We are warmed by the stories coming back to us from their churches about the opportunities and investment they are receiving.

Our pTC cohort are also working very hard, wrestling this term with the massive topic of Christian ethics. It has been very stretching yet deeply rewarding subject matter. Please continue to pray for all of our 50 students that they would continue to grow in their love and walk with the Lord Jesus Christ.

We were delighted with our first Book in a Day event which saw over 50 people gather for a day looking at Matthew's gospel together. We benefitted from digging into, 'The Care of Souls' by Harold Senkbeil for our reading week in the middle of November, and it was great that Harold himself joined us over Zoom for a couple of feedback sessions with the students.

Jon Gemmell (Co-Director of Training) and Marion MacIntyre (Cornhill Administrator) have also hit the ground running and are a joyful addition to the team. We were nonetheless sad to say goodbye to Ann McMahan who moved on from being the Cornhill Administrator after sixteen years of wonderful service.

All the way through the term we have been very aware of God's help and strength in our endeavours and it is testament to His grace that we have been privileged to be involved in this thrilling work.

As we look forward to Christmas we are praying for lots of gospel opportunities to share the glorious news of our Saviour, and trust you will once again be thrilled in looking back to the dawning of hope of eternal hope in Bethlehem.

Two things before signing off:
