Thank You & Happy Holidays

Thank you so much for your understanding and compassion over the last month. Having to reschedule two pickups in a row was challenging for us to say the least, but our spirits were bolstered by your messages of support and gratitude. We are grateful to all the folks working to keep our highways open and safe! We are approaching our very last delivery of the year this Saturday, December 18th, and we have every reason to believe that it will continue as scheduled. Get those orders in, please! Thank you!

I've been inundated with calls & emails for Christmas turkeys, and I'm afraid we are sold out. But may I interest you in the liquid version? This turkey broth is nutritious, delicious, and just as versatile as chicken broth for sipping or soup.

Lard is Back

Lard is back in stock, and just in time for all your holiday cooking & baking needs. Try our homestead lard as a delicious substitute for any cooking oil, and try our leaf lard to create the best pie crust and pastry.

News from the Hen House

Winter finally came, and we've moved the hens into their cozy cold-weather home in the greenhouse. They seem to like their new digs, and are laying a bit better, but I still expect eggs to sell out, so get yours quick!

Please bring back the plastic bags that your orders come in, your clean egg cartons, and your lard jars - we are happy to reuse them!
